Sunrise River Energy, part of the LS Power Group, is evaluating an up to 780 megawatt (MW) natural gas-fired electric generating station to be located in Chisago County, Minnesota. The Sunrise River Energy Station will have a positive impact on the local and regional economy, support renewable energy in Minnesota, and improve local water quality.
